Three things we get asked most
It does not seem to be doing anything. What should I check?
Start with placement: ensure the solar panel receives direct sunlight and that the motion sensor faces open garden space without dense bushes or walls blocking the signal. High-frequency sound is easily absorbed by heavy foliage, so an obstructed unit will have reduced range.
Ensure the correct mode is selected for your target pests and then allow 14 to 30 days for animals to break their territorial habits, and make sure food sources like fallen fruit or unsealed trash are secured alongside it.
I have pets. Is there anything I should know?
Cats and dogs are generally unaffected. Pet rodents are not — rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, pet mice and pet rats hear within the target range, so do not run a unit in a room where any are kept.
Where is my order?
Your confirmation email carries the dispatch details and any tracking. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder before getting in touch — it is the usual culprit.
