Anyone who has dealt with an infestation knows the trade-off. You can have the pests, or you can have the sprays, the bait stations and the visits from someone in a mask. Neither felt like a good answer in a place where people cook, sleep and raise children.
We went looking for something that worked on the pests without asking the household to adapt around it.

It does not seem to be doing anything. What now?
First check placement: one unit per room, on an open socket, with nothing soft blocking the path across the room. High-frequency sound is absorbed easily, so a unit behind a sofa does very little.
Give it several weeks before drawing conclusions, and keep sealing entry points and removing food sources alongside it. If you are still unhappy, get in touch.
